Turtle Wax Super Hard Shell

Any bro here having good experience with Turtle Wax Super Hard Shell? I intend to use it once weekly or at least bi-weekly.

 

Currently using sealant. Pain in the pocket.

 

Shine is not priority but both durability & protection is a must.

 

Once every 2 months, I'll be doing mild polish & sealant. Wax is just addition protection before sealant wears out.

I used tat before... not a too good experiences with it... not easy to bluff off... compared to zaino i used b4... throw it away instead...

I'm currectly on AutoGlym Extra Gloss Protection. Not easy to bluff off too. Psychologically, not easy to buff off may not be easy to wear off . Therefore, I don't mind the affect as long as it wears on long enough before next wear on.

 

Like what I have mentioned earlier on, gloss/shine not priority.

this stuff leaves behind a heck of a lot of powder residue when buffing off

 

shine is ok . but it won't last very long

 

but if you doing weekly wax then it should be sufficient.

yep, agree. I used Turtle Wax b4, had to literally 'scrape' of the wax and not buff off. hahaha

might as well use OCW... its like a spray carbanua wax + sealant... i am using it like forthnightly.. its cheap, its good... can easily last 1 month...

 

though the bottle proclaims can last up to 5 months depending on weather conditions...

Gen2 used to carry it till he swopped to JW.... which is tad more expensive but better than OCW

it costs almost twice as much and definitely looks better due to its carnuba content but does it last twice as long?

Turtle Wax Platinum.

Easy on easy off.

Very minimum effort to remove the wax.

Shine not bad, but i find it not very lasting.

You can buy a small bottle to try it out.

Around $4.80.
