1st picture is red/white chevron tape to be used on long vehicles in US/Mexico. The 2nd picture is reflective high gloss for safety vest. Can get them at the following place. Not the same brand but 3M.

hello. sorry dig out an old thread. was just wondering if anyone used reflective tapes for fabric material before? do they really stick well? i understand there's the 3M stick on kind, then there's iron on and sew on...

 

Do they last and are they flimsy material?  thank you for your time.

There are Reflective Fabric Material. Check out the textile shop at Textile Centre at Jalan Sultan. They come in Plastic covered version and regular fabric. Whether do they last is depending on your usage.
