Skyline is Skyline, not the Skyline GT-R, just like the previous generations, 4drs and 2drs versions.

I thought a major part of the attraction of for the skyline when it 1st came out was that it was a sleeper. A normal looking budget 3-boxed japanese sedan that when provoked, can send your german supercars home with their tail between the legs. If you look at the old skyline ex-factory, it's quite tame at any angle. It's the after-market bits, and the reputation, that makes it fierce.

 

I quite like the new design in that it fits the sleeper car philosophy. It looks like any cefiro or even primera in your sights but when prodded, will(?) leave you in the dust. Love the concept. Now lets see if the engine and the pricing can match the expectations of the name.
