What does that mean?

On the front, only toe is adjustable, but there are camber plates that can be installed to adjust the camber.

On the rear, both camber/toe are fixed by the design of the suspension system, I wonder if there are ways to adjust them.

Nope. I drive cars with trailing beam suspension from the Starlet (most experience with) and now the Aveo. Aftermarket only have camber bolts for adjustment with the front. Zilch for the rear. I doubt there is any solution for camber adjustment for beam suspension.

No solution, the only solution is to change yr ride to european make. Most of the Asian cars comes with Macherpson struts ( front ) and fix axle ( rear)
