Armored_Saint Neutral Newbie April 8, 2003 Share April 8, 2003 (edited) I just went down to the basement carpark to get a sweet from the car...lo and behold, my coolant was all over the place! Noticed the hose leading to the radiator had come loose. Imagine if it'd only done so on my way to work...the car coulda overheated! Armored_Saint Neutral Newbie April 8, 2003 Author Share April 8, 2003 SHUCKS the radiator inlet broke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had to get the car towed to the workshop to change the entire radiator! What a waste of money...just because of a plastic/fibre inlet!!!!! But I can thank my lucky stars I noticed the breakage...I could have run on an empty coolant tank and end up with a overheated engine!

Armored_Saint Neutral Newbie April 9, 2003 Author Share April 9, 2003 My advice is to show more TLC toward an aging car... But if it's reached puberty (completed that run-in period), go ahead and abuse it!
