If you're on budget, consider Tomei at Yap Bro.

You may not need pillow mount. Note that pillow mount will always make some noise. I've removed my pillow mount and it's now as quiet as stock. Handling is still good once proper alignment is done.

agree... pillow mount is good but some time got noise frm it..... [knife] mine dun have pilloe mount too.... so still ok.... [:)]

tomei got coilovers?

Sorry, forgot to quantify - it's OEM brand at Yap Bro, not the actual Tomei engine tuning parts from Japan.

It's good quality and value for money. I'm on them for over a year already.

Spring is rated at 10kg for Teg, with 24 damping settings.

hot bits is servicable down to the microscopic part.. haha.. okae i'm boasting..

but all the parts are servicable/replacable.. each set should cost ard $1.1k

if i'm not wrong.. 2 year warranty for shocks and 10 year warranty for spring.

best of all.. if 1 of the 4 suspension really fails.. u can just buy 1 pc and replace.. [thumbsup]

These coilovers are around $1K without pillow mount, depending on model (different spring and damper). They're component designed, so we can change damper, lower housing, mount, spring etc individually.

I actually went down to check out the coilovers today. Was quoted around 1.2k.

When you say without pillow mount, does it mean that they re-use the old mounts from your stock suspension?

i see. how is the ride compared to the stock. the guy asked me whether I want a more comfy one or a sporty one.

It would help if there is a webby to take a look at the specs. I am sure the "tomei" is just a brand name ... wonder who OEM these coilovers.

hi,

i also thinking of fixing tomei coilovers. how's your tomei till now? any problem with it?

heard from friends they tend to leaks, so hesitated, but pricing very tempting.
