Abba Neutral Newbie November 8, 2006 Share November 8, 2006 The last gd Falken tyre was GRB Tune II. fantastic in Pasir Gudang & Sepang when I used it back in late 90s. New Falk tyres grip falls off after 40% wear. Falken was actually Ohtsu, a small truck tyre company. Now it's Sumitomo, a small sub of Sumitomo tyre brand. DO you think they pour much R&D $ in. Falks getting fm bad to worst

EventH 1st Gear November 11, 2006 Share November 11, 2006 (edited) dunno leh ... the most of the current models seems to be pretty good tyres. RT615 http://www.1010tires.com/tire.asp?tirebran...Azenis+RT%2D615 FK452 http://www.1010tires.com/tire.asp?tirebran...emodel=FK%2D452 ST115 http://www.1010tires.com/tire.asp?tirebran...Azenis+ST%2D115 ZE512 http://www.1010tires.com/tire.asp?tirebran...l=Ziex+ZE%2D512 Perhaps a tier lower in Jap tyres compare to the likes of Bridgestone and Yokohama. Furrynadz 5th Gear November 11, 2006 Share November 11, 2006 i rather pay a little more premium for the better brands that offer way more grip, handling, performance and yet still quieter ↡ Advertisement
