Wow bro , din know that you meant for every new topics that we want to post , we have to reply 15X first or is it a one time 15 replys and we can post new topics as many time as possible ?

the amount of your posts has not reached the minimum limite, let's say 10 or 20 replies, not sure how many, so you can't start new topic
