Ac67 Neutral Newbie October 28, 2006 Share October 28, 2006 (edited) those who go car rallying often will perform this trick - rub a layer of car wax/polish on where you want to paste your sticker/decal. You can easily peel it off in future. Edited October 28, 2006 by Ac67
Captain_redbeard Neutral Newbie October 28, 2006 Author Share October 28, 2006 (edited) oh tks for the advice..are there any plastic form of sticks like those normally pasted on windows? are they called decals?but then even if applied.. it will not fade the colour right? ermm where are the places where i can get in the amk area Edited October 28, 2006 by Captain_redbeard
Ac67 Neutral Newbie October 28, 2006 Share October 28, 2006 (edited) sorry i have no idea where you can get car decals (for windows). usually these are given away for free in events, product promo etc. why not try the class95 decal next time? and yes, decals fade with time (plastic or not) due to sunlight exposure. go take a closer look at those decals on the road (especially on pickups/vans). Bellaraphon Neutral Newbie October 29, 2006 Share October 29, 2006 MobileArt Design does customisation of decals. Just bring ur design down and Eddie will scan it for you so that the plotter can "create" the decal you want. But do give him a call 1st as he can have as many as 4 cars waiting sometimes. Bluefreud Clutched October 30, 2006 Share October 30, 2006 hi, how abt any tips to paste the (big) stickers so tat wont kena air bubbles? realise it's difficult to paste the big stickers leh.. thks.
Icebrush79 4th Gear October 30, 2006 Share October 30, 2006 You would need some stickers expert to oversee the whole op. Rather spend a little more than to end up having big unsightly air bubbles dun you agree??
Alant 1st Gear October 30, 2006 Share October 30, 2006 Prob can use a fine needle to poke a hole and squeeze out the air from that spot rather than pushing it all the way to the outer edge.

Legendary Clutched October 31, 2006 Share October 31, 2006 I recently installed a front windscreen sticker - think it's abt $60 (including the base black color layer) - it will not look so nice without the base layer. You can install this at the sticker shop at autobacs in bukit batok (J-Factory). ↡ Advertisement
