i top up $9k+ to sell my Getz 1.3A for Avante.

Bought my Getz in Jun05 for $30k, sold in Aug08 for S$13k, (Scrap value S$9k) with outstanding 10 years full loan $22k+

No regret and my new Avante Model S is coming this few days.

I booked my Avante in Aug08 for $53k (COE $13k)

now same model only cost $44k-$45k (with COE $6k/$7k)

good news is current batch Avante come with dimmer dashboard and black leather, look slightly better than the normal grey furnish.

so don't think so much :D

so how much is ur mthly installment?

Impossible, unless T badge put on Avante and slant H put on Altis.

But unlike previouly only had deluxe model. Now they have the stripe down version

which is cheaper. I predict Avante will be the top 10 best selling model in 2009.

Corolla altis, no matter how screw up, will never be defeated!!!!

that is their branding prowess.

marketing folks will salute them

no particular main reasons, just tat 10yrs loan with 7yrs more to repay may means u may lose a lot and top up quite heavy when required to change ride...

4-5th yr change coz I tink by then U may find getz a little too small for your family... Hee

Dimmer dashboard? What do you mean? All Avantes' dashboard are grey, isn't it?

Or is it black like in the i30? I can't imagine black leather with a grey dashboard. yikes

Komoco SE says the latest pricing for the facelift model is the same as previous.

S model $43999, with sunroof $45999

basic model auto is $40999, manual is $38999

CNG model will be $1000 lesser

thought the s model will drop to or below 40k, then can seriously go down to showroom liao :(
