Shox87 4th Gear April 10, 2007 Share April 10, 2007 somehow i would too choose lancer over vios due to the central speedometer... thats a big factor for me. ↡ Advertisement
Vesfreq Neutral Newbie April 10, 2007 Share April 10, 2007 (edited) Depends on whether its auto or manual lancer. Manual lancer does between 13 to 15km/litre, so I would say that ur 14km/litre is not a great deal of a difference. The fc stats can see from the mcf fc stats chart. I drive a manual lancer (all stock and 15" sports rims) and my fc between 13 to 14.5km/l and I drive a lot too. In terms of fuel cost, not material, unless u r comparing with a car that does 10km/litre or less. If fc is such an important concern, better buy a jazz. Anyday anytime also can do 18km/litre. That one sure save a lot of fuel money over the long run. Edited April 10, 2007 by Vesfreq
Vesfreq Neutral Newbie April 10, 2007 Share April 10, 2007 I agree. The position of the meters is just awkward. If its civic style, all the better.
Vesfreq Neutral Newbie April 10, 2007 Share April 10, 2007 Quote wont one lah... there's so many lancer on the streets how can it ever have a spare parts prob. Unless buy exotic car like the mazda 3 mps. That one (according to mcs) sure got problem with parts supply. Even the rx 7 efini also can get serviced, lancer sure can. Keithpapa Neutral Newbie April 10, 2007 Share April 10, 2007 (edited) guess that he means auto. Jazz does not have boot. Edited April 10, 2007 by Keithpapa
BoneStock 5th Gear April 11, 2007 Share April 11, 2007 (edited) Quote i will choose lancer any time..... if vios meter is in front of the driver, i would go for VIOS. i really dun like meters in the center, quite distracting same here. i prefer meters to be infront. Current Lancer also more spacious than the Vios. But Vios scores with all round disc brakes and conventional auto tranny. Lancer has cvt...me had bad experience with cvt so will take a while before i touch it again Edited April 11, 2007 by BoneStock ↡ Advertisement
