Hi bros, the above is happening to my uncles car that he just

bought. its a old civic and lately has been raining heavily,

causing the area where the accelerator is to start dripping

water once a while. end up that his pants at the bottom getting

a little wet and messy. Any one know where to go deal with such

problems? or just ignore and hope for sunny days?

thanks

few possibilities:

1) floor board got hole (rusted away?) so letting water in...

2) windshield seal corroded, letting water in...

3) hole in engine compartment firewall (although it's got to be quite low for that much water to get in)...

Bro, best is ask your Uncle to send his ride to a workshop to check it out [:)]

Couple of possibilities as mentioned by Bro Vivioman [;)]

yea lor.. the water cant be coming from the floorboard.

my uncle suspects its either coming from the windscreen or

the water seep in through the bonnet area into the leg area

or wat. must test out on wet days then noe ar..
