Which dressing does not run off?

Hi guys,

Do you have any recommendations for an exterior trim dressing which does not run off after being exposed to rain?

Tried Meguiars #40 and Gold Class trim detailer and both will run off after rain, worst still it streaks and causes ugly oily stains on the paint.

Thanks [:)]

I'm currently on Armourall gel protectant. Its pretty durable after rain n does run n wont be white. But if wash with higher concetration of shampoo, it will be removed n thus revealing white portions.

In fact I'm pretty satisfied with this compared to Autoglym bumper care and of course the normal Armourall protectant. laugh.gif

Hi,

Just to confirm, #40 is the Vinyl leather cleaner right? if so then it won't last.

Have you tried Satin Prot or Opt Protectant plus? suppose to be non-oily. so shouldn't stain... Satin Prot can be use for Tyre as well... so should be better lasting?

3M Rubber and Tire dressing??? Not too sure if its good... Maybe other bros can chime in. [:)]

Thanks bro for the info. I'm using condemned cloths to apply the dressing so no such problem. [:p]

Anyway I will be using it only on the occasional basis. Meanwhile we can keep searching for a better product [sweatdrop]

Cheers,

Teck

I never bother to wash those cloth use for application of dressing. wink.gif however do know that the bumper care will seperate over time thus must shake well before application.
