Finally the Citroen franchise has been given to JC&C in today's Straits Times.

I've had a Citroen car b4...really lousy aftersales experience.

It's about time. I think I've more confidence in JC&C than in Adv Auto.

What do you guys think?

I don't know about Advance Auto, but I've no confidence in C&C. I own a Kia, the servicing really not good. [thumbsdown] If they can't service a simple korean car, do u think they can service a French car that comes with many technology stuffs? Think about it....

Unless Citroen of France gets its act together and produce reliable cars, any chnge of local agent will not make any difference. Even thugh citroen are comfortable to drive (i owned a BX 16 and a Xantia before), the perception of French cars are bad due to their unreliability. But their avant garde designs and suspension are winners to those who prefer citroens.
