Xiaogary Neutral Newbie December 18, 2006 Author Share December 18, 2006 Then the front may be too hard and back too soft. Normally lowering spring is harder.

Xiaogary Neutral Newbie January 1, 2007 Author Share January 1, 2007 I dont see any changes in my FC. No difference from my 13 inch lorry rim. Although rims are larger, material is titanium, lighter. Tyre width 205 is thicker honrizontally but tyre have lower profile 40 thinner side wall. Overall no difference.
Robertoon Neutral Newbie August 1, 2007 Share August 1, 2007 For 17inches with 195/40R17 or 205/40R17 will not affect much on the Fc

Nitrous Neutral Newbie November 8, 2007 Share November 8, 2007 OZ ultraleggs is not made of titanium. Its not even a forged rim. But its one of the lightest cast rims ard. There's a reason why rear is running more negative camber than ur front, dun dabble too much into it b4 u upset the handling of the car. Negative camber increases grip to a certain extent, but i advise u to rotate ur tyres every 5,000km and check ur inner tyre wear often. But Riverside's kenny is quite reputable n knowledgeable here. $140 is not really expensive for 17inch tyres. Since u are using Firenza ST03, i advise u to take it easy in the wet. Heard comments frm public n frens that its not tt grippy in the wet and to make matter's worst, u upsize frm 13inch to 17inch, making it more prone to aquaplaning. Yeah, that's the problem with upsizing too much, it makes ur brakes look puny. Mebbe try looking at other chevrolet/GM range of cars and see if their caliper and discs fit. Better braking at a cheaper price. Fills up the empty spaces too. Do save up for new shocks soon too..lowering springs without matching dampers, wear out real fast.
