currrently on bewith 407 - 4 channel...no rear speakers.

1 bewith mono for the sub...

thinking of actually using 2 x 2 channel amp for the tweeter and mid as I can hear the difference, but after some consideration, think that I will go for one to one.

also ,in case after I deccide to use 2 x 2 channel, I might want to upgrade for mono for one to one.so just doing it all at one time.

may i ask the improvement heard when using 2x2 versus 1x4 channel? has it to do with a more dedicated power supply, or some interference of circuitry or ...?

Theoretically, monoblocs have better sound separation, less crosstalk interference, cleaner sound, etc. as each and every channel would have totally isolated and separate power supplies, sound circuitry.

Not true... Power cable and RCa must be separated during layout , cannot cross. Worse case, use aluminium to cover the RCA..
