A synthetic 0W40 or 5W40 will do. If you can use a synthetic MB 229.3 rated 0W30, your LGT will feel the release.

Check with Dwoon. I believe he uses a 5W40 for his turbocharged ride. He sees lower engine temperatures with it compared to a 50wt oil.

How is SHU on the whole?

C&C is charging abt $150 for 10K servicing with SHU, and yes they banned owners from bringing their on oil. [rifle]

Remembered seeing some pics of sludged engines @ BITOG after using SHU. [sweatdrop][sweatdrop]

I use Redline... Quite ok...

Know there are new brand like X-Rev and Texas and blue... hahaha they said until so good so good in the hotstuff magazine... after use what how many percent improvement what immediate feel like new car... mmm [:|] dun know real or not... i stick to redline lor.... seemed their "Testimonial" feature in the magazine is very unreal.... [hur][hur]

Ya la! So unbelievable! Think I may just stick to Helix to secure my warranty with C&C.

redline = good but ex$$, use only if u rev a lot, if not, no diff

m1 = get rough very fast after 5000km, otherwise ok

texas = huh...lol

blue = huh...bluefilm?

x-rev = wtf

if u want, get royal purple, schaeffers..etc

else just stick to ultra

Yes i do rev a lot. may just stick to helix. seems they're quite reliable and reputable compared to the rest.

Sorry for the crappy ph photos.

This is my 2G engine after the valve cover is off, it's still very clean, not a speck of varnish can be found. OCI 10k with Redline 5w20
