Genie47 1st Gear July 18, 2006 Share July 18, 2006 Must be from Shell station. Yes, Forklift has the best prices. While you are there, can even try their ENOC lubes. Very cheap also. I think the ENOC Protec 5W40 is going for 29.90/4L or something. Got made in China lubricants.

Gary84 1st Gear July 18, 2006 Share July 18, 2006 bro since u r the oil guru, let me ask u, Subaru are more suitable in using Mobil or Shell engine oils??
Genie47 1st Gear July 18, 2006 Share July 18, 2006 Depends on which engine and whether modded or not. Any Subaru can take synthetic 10W30. The engine is very strong. Even with such a thin oil for normal grocery getters, the engine still give very good wear numbers. If you mod the engine with big turbo and all that, better up it to 5W40 or 0W40. No, I will not recommend brands unless you ask for price/value considerations.
