hi all bros, im sorry 2 'tumpang' into tis thread...i cant post a new thread yet [blush]

anyways im driving a 1.5 auto and im seriously considering to chnge my muffler...problem is after reading some postings here...the impression i have is that its not a good idea 2 change muffler for auto cars...due the loss of back pressure..

my question is can i change my orig muffler 2 an after market one??(my colt does not have a lta approved one)there are some brands i considered - remus , hotbits but the problem is i cant tell for sure if they are straight tru or semi flow..

this ting is bothering me alot...i cant decide at all...well if it helps i do not wish to lose my low end and m looking more 2 the bassy sound of the muffler...

seniors out there pls help...thanks

I suggest you may want to consider operation of your exhaust muffler. Seek help from the exhaust specialist FK... You may want to go to their website www.fongkim.com for further enquiries... [;)]

So it means its not necessary?

Doesn't the act of lowering the car compress the shocks? Sorry noob on suspension set up here.
