Go check the physical tyre or not since your alignment is ok?

Must check suspension also der....

Check tyre pressure correct or not 1st then go for suspension check.

Looks like the wheel steering linkage is giving the problems. Check ball joints and wheel end front bearing. If all ok chances the wheel toe need some adjustments. 4 wheel computerised whelel aligner is of no use one who do not understand the basic wheel geometery set-up and thier relationship. Just by ajdusting according to the display reading without any mechanical feeling is a perfect receipt for failure and burning a big hole in one's pocket.

PS if yr ride has ever meet an accident that caused serious undercariage damage, under such condition it is advisable to get the undercariage measured and pull back to spec before doing the wheel alignment.

Vicom have the computerised measuring bend, you can call them to get the price quote. As for pulling maybe vicom can adv you the best shop to go to

Hypersonic

How abt steering wheel vibrating at 80km/h only? Above and below that no vibration. Done wheel balancing twice oready. Something to do with steering shaft?

The vibrations only appears at a certain speed range - this type of virbation is very difficult to solve as it is inherent - the speed rang window is know as critical speed where almost all rotating components vibrate at the same frequency.Try rotating or changing tyres and doing on car balancing at 80 instead of the default 120 kmh.

High tech equipment can actually creat more confusion for the trained mechanics not to mentioned the less well trained .To do a good wheel alignment job, one must have in depth understanding of the basic wheel steering geometry and good mechnical hand skills.

same problem as me bro.. i tink u should check ur rims... hmmm... or ur tyres have uneven wear..

U facing the same problem oso? Still not solved? Actually it's my fren la, he asked me what's the problem but I'm oso not sure. He went for wheel balancing again but didn't solve the problem.

According to him, the problem started only after he changed tires so can't be uneven wear. Maybe it's the rims then...
