Saaber Neutral Newbie March 13, 2003 Share March 13, 2003 I am doing an intercooler and oil cooler water mist spray using the aquamist nozzle and the rest of the things like switch and wiring are very cheap with the washer reservoir and pump sponsored by Gadgeter.... Killer5010 Neutral Newbie March 13, 2003 Share March 13, 2003 I had the bonnet lifted once. It does help in reducing the temperature under bonnet, temperature reading drop more than 7degrees. Dun worry abt water flowing in , will neber happen. I revert back after a couple of months, reason being not able to tahan the cone airfilter sound coming out from my car. Now , with proper heat insulation, the effect is even better. My box up heat insulation give an average 27degrees of air flow. The cost of proper insulation compare to the washer which cost only 10 bucks is definitely higher but worthit.
Vivioman Neutral Newbie August 18, 2003 Share August 18, 2003 I heard that this is an illegal mod and the police will slap you with a fine if they find out. is this true? if not, I will do it liao...looks like many cars have done it...I guess for darker coloured cars it is not so noticible... ↡ Advertisement
