Sapience Clutched June 20, 2006 Share June 20, 2006 where do you get your meguairs' from?
Imuya Clutched June 20, 2006 Share June 20, 2006 It's to prevent the products from getting into the edges and nooks and crannies. Troublesome to remove later. Also to prevent staining the plastic/rubber trim.
Clubace Clutched June 20, 2006 Share June 20, 2006 Hmmm...why did you get #21 from? Hypercoat?
Zeefauna Neutral Newbie June 20, 2006 Author Share June 20, 2006 I bought some of the M21 12oz sampler bottles from the States. Most of the Meg's products are from the States; M80, M83, G100A, MF.. even Tech Wax and Insane Shine Spray for the tires...
Zeefauna Neutral Newbie June 20, 2006 Author Share June 20, 2006 In fact, for the tapes, i bought 9 rolls of the 3M Painter's Tape from eBay and guess what... i used slightly more than 1 whole roll for this session. I thought the 9 rolls can last me sometime, i was wrong...!
Clubace Clutched June 20, 2006 Share June 20, 2006 You used VPOST or was it hand-carried over?
Zeefauna Neutral Newbie June 20, 2006 Author Share June 20, 2006 I used vPost. You must be wondering if the postage fee is a killer. Yes, if you buy just one item.. but definitely cheaper if you buy more items from the same store... look out for those free shipping from Amazon and Autobarn (>$150)... Snowball Neutral Newbie June 20, 2006 Share June 20, 2006 Great job done. How long did it take you because it seems that you applied many products in a session. Btw can you post a pic of your polishing machine ? Thanks
Zeefauna Neutral Newbie June 20, 2006 Author Share June 20, 2006 (edited) It took me 8 hours... I used Meguiar's G100A, Dual Action Polisher. Its in one of the pics i posted, lying on the floor. Edited June 20, 2006 by Zeefauna
Clubace Clutched June 20, 2006 Share June 20, 2006 i'm actually looking at http://www.autodetailingsolutions.com because their price is cheaper, but they do have shipping fee.
Zeefauna Neutral Newbie June 20, 2006 Author Share June 20, 2006 That's one of the places to look for... Go around the net and compare prices (include shipping too) before ordering. I made a mistake of ordering some and then coming back to order more... incurring more shipping charges. And i do buy some in bulk and now its in one corner of my bookshelf... hehe Hint: vPostUSA has this promotion for 15% discount. Just get one item from eBay and the whole shipment to S'pore gets discount. I used it 3 times oredy...
Clubace Clutched June 20, 2006 Share June 20, 2006 Ahh..i didnt know that was possible for VPost. What items u have in bulk? Maybe can buy from u instead?
