Dennisk Clutched May 26, 2006 Share May 26, 2006 (edited) my car interior lighting is easily dim when i push down the winding windows button or turning on headlights.... does it mean that i need a voltage stabliser? i did about 6 points grounding....but no voltage stab... Bro,.ur lights dim onli when u switch on ur headlights, or using power stuff like radio...? right? sounds familiar.. I suspect it might be the alternator.,,;leadin to weak batt..go hav a good check up, voltmeter willl tell but if ur crankig is less than 13-14v,,it may be alternator..if u go to a reputable electrical workshop, they will isolate to check if its batt or alternator..did u use any lightweight pulley?
