They care more importantly is that you signed on the dotted lines....... Service is another colleagues problems... For my case, when i go to the SE that i buy from, she told me that she can't do anything about it as she'll leave it to the Service side to settle the problems... I don't know about other members do experience this but i personally think this is not the right attitude. To tell you frankly, when i got my car two week, my problems starts pouring in and almost everyweek, i have to visit KMC Alexandra until the most of the TA there knows me....
