Toalson 1st Gear May 15, 2006 Share May 15, 2006 Too bad the law thingy on lemon is not out yet. Did u try n ask them resolve it totally while u left the car with them n get them give u a temp car to drive ard if u really need the car. If not get them to reimburse ur transport allowance. Sometimes u need to leave the car at the workshop longer to give them more time to troubleshoot properly. If everyday go in n end of the day drive out, they might not do a good job. Sorie just my opinon tat many car owners assume most faults could be rectified within a day.
Kiatmobile 1st Gear May 15, 2006 Author Share May 15, 2006 Yes....The Service Manager said he'll do a through check and still the problem exist. I did not rush him to get my car at the end of the day but KMC is the one that called me at the end of the day to collect my car saying that the car is ready for collection. I told them that they can take their time to go through every check and the duration of days is ok with me as long as the car is fine. But to date, sigh!!!!! Zoom99 Neutral Newbie May 15, 2006 Share May 15, 2006 Suggestion 1)Keep a record of all the servicing schedules incl time, date, work done and etc. 2)If not, write a formal complaint to the management. 3)Last resort, threaten to make it public. As for compensation and etc, let them propose to you. Your voice will be heard.
