not every car has a speed limiter limited by ECU

some cars may not be able to touch 180 kmh, so theres not point in the

factory putting in a limiter.these cars already have a "natural speed limiter"

ie they cant touch 180 kmh

Most cost-effective speed cut removal is using either Pivot Speed Meter X or Z, Blitz Power SJ Meter or the most popular one, Apexi RSM.

These are all devices with displays - useful once you go beyond 180kmh.

HKS Speed Defencer can do the job too, but without any built-in display.

Which one to use depends on your car: some can't remove speed cut on certain make or models - check with the garages and workshops before you buy.

The poster said JDM cars not all cars, and they come with up to 180km/h speedometer due to Japanese regulations.
