Liquid wax or paste wax

What is the diff and which is more adv to use? Both pricing is about the same.

If not mistaken, liquid is for ease of use. And paste because of the buffing action tend to give better shine. I maybe wrong. But I saw this on the Fusso 12mths label, it stated that the paste give better gloss as compared to the liquid version.

i have been using the polygym diamond shine and recently try the sample bottle of turtlewax ultra gloss (both liquid wax) seem like the same, not much diff so intenting to get the paste wax to improve the shine......

ytd i was in autobac, almost fainted by the paste wax products they have on sale..... i intented to get the soft99 product and yet they have king of gloss, waterprof ,manicure series, normal soft99 big big word in black tin, and the one in your pic. Their excellent wax is on sale at $52. worth getting it or not ?

Can I ask wat u trying to achieve shine or protection (durability)?

 

Btw surface prep also contribute to how shiny ur detailing would result in.

Excellant is good if u like those off the shelf. But rather ex for a wax though.

slightly OT: does anyone use their hand to apply the wax on to the car? supposingly the heat is suppose to somehow achieve a better effect~

i knw is exp that why must make sure i bought the one is worth the $, i dun wan to buy this product then found that is not good and buy another one then no good buy again....end up spending more than a excellent wax. The gold one issit also good?

i dun use hand to apply wax, i scare it will cos side effect on my skin. i want to have a hand tat look like 20s not 80s

i have the gold version, seemed quite good enuff, but ppl who had used the excellent or premium say they are better. I got no idea.

 

 

Why not use Meguiar's showcar glaze that will give u the shine but it wont even last for a day under the sun.

They have to say better cos they are paying the exp price. if they said the same effect as the Gold version then they will feel cheated in the first place to buy the excellent wax.

i bought the premium one at $28.50, the price between the "Gold" black tin is ard $10 diff. Didn't bought the excellent wax too exp $52 ++ i can buy two tins of premium Will try out soon. I made a mistake, the polygym diamond shine is a polish not a wax, ayo all this times i tot is a wax . Anyway the effect is very shining not until rain come, there will be watermark stain.

For it to last, Paste

For ease to use, Liquid

 

Have you tried Kiwi paste vs liquid kiwi for your leather shoes or boots?

Same effect lahh.

 

Should also be the same with Tyre wax vs Liquid.

 

 

Try this, put paste on one hand and liquid on the other.

wait for some time. feel the effect on your hands.

which can you wash off easier?

I just went to autobac and found that they have restock alot of stuffs, pls drop in to see what's new in the store. i jsut finished using the wax, is good, however i have a technical question,aft wash and cray, i use scratch X on my top only cos that is the worst swirls later i wipe off,not much improve, i use the polygym diamond finish to polish but there is no shine, lastly i use the premium wax, it seem like still can't shine.... why huh....

can anyone recommend which paste wax is the best to use after polishing? Im going for shine and smoothness rather than durability. How does the gold or premium compare with meguires nxt paste wax?
