Blackmafia Neutral Newbie May 3, 2006 Share May 3, 2006 Have lowered my ride using Tanabe springs. Feel's much stiffer, with corner more stable even at high speed. Tackling humps and small bumps on the road with a less bumper ride. Last but not least, my ride has a much less profile look. Here are some pictures. ↡ Advertisement

YellowFlash Clutched May 3, 2006 Share May 3, 2006 (edited) wow, how much did those coilover cost? or u change springs only?...wats the $$damage Edited May 3, 2006 by Isaac85
Blackmafia Neutral Newbie May 3, 2006 Author Share May 3, 2006 Fast meh..diff to find stuff for this Honda and it has to be imported from Japan so have to wait..was advised to take Tein as they told me that Tanabe is stiffer..but I choose the latter. Was also told that after a few weeks, it'll be even lowered due to the spring settling down from the weight. Is that a true statement?
Blackmafia Neutral Newbie May 3, 2006 Author Share May 3, 2006 Thank you! Will be sourcing out for the bodykit..contemplating whether to do stickers across the ride but afraid that it'll be too eye-catching.. Sourcing out for this kit as it is more executive styling but the price is Haha! Waiting for the spray before it can be mounted up to my ride! http://www.club-miniban.com/new_hyousi_edix.htm What do you guys think of the style? Any edix members out here? YellowFlash Clutched May 3, 2006 Share May 3, 2006 hehe...but beware the stock dampers will wear out fast. end up u might have to get whole new set of dampers. but anyway very nice ride
Blackmafia Neutral Newbie May 3, 2006 Author Share May 3, 2006 hmmm...will find out more from the workshops...why will the dampers wear out fast?
YellowFlash Clutched May 3, 2006 Share May 3, 2006 cause aftermarket springs are stiffer, our stock dampers are not made for the quicker rebound characteristics of the performance springs.

Mzrmazda3 6th Gear May 3, 2006 Share May 3, 2006 Yap Lowering springs will take sometime to settle down Remember to do a wheel alignment after that
YellowFlash Clutched May 3, 2006 Share May 3, 2006 haha...because of the 3x2 arrangement....is the car CG high? good cornering ability? in terms of FC how is it? power wise?
Blackmafia Neutral Newbie May 3, 2006 Author Share May 3, 2006 Must the alignment be immediately? Or should I drive for a few days first to let it settle down? ↡ Advertisement
