Neutral Newbie

I'm on 16" German made GSD3. I think my next shoes will still be this rubber. Has served me for 20 000 km and the roar (or noise) is bearable. It's really not that loud. I think my previous Falken was nosier than my current GSD3.

Got it from Hurry Tyres (next to serene center). pxx xxxg should also be able to get this tyre, call Justin up and get a quotation. Another one will be Southeast Tyres at Kaki Bukit as a previous bro indicated.. You can fill them up with Nitro at Southeast and Hurry Tyres.

just check through with dealers.

Falken FK-452 no 15', minimal 16'

Michelin Pilot Sport no 15' either

Goodyear GSD3 has 195/55/15. pretty cheap as well at around $90

Falken ST115 has 195/60/15. pretty cheap as well at around $90

Bridgestone GIII got 195/60/15, price around $100

Bridgestone SO2/RE01R seems got 195/55/15. price $150+. expensive comparing to others

Scrap the G3's they're the worst peformace tyres in the list

i had them in 215/40R17 ages ago. Really good tires, although road noise increased a fair bit (I still didn't consider them noisy). Can't imagine them getting worse in the later formulations.

Any guys know where can get the Toyo T1-R at a good price? Toyo tyres are quite difficult to find in Sg... [:/]

How much to expect to pay for 195/50/R15 T1-R? Thanx!

go for dunlop dz101. it's good enough without burning a hole in pockets.

i'm using them right now (5 months already). wet and dry, very good! cornering at 70km/hr, it is still grippy (wet road). very happy with them.

noise level? this one depends on yr car's noise insulation. this is very subjective. if yr car insulation is good, you wont hear any tire noise.

most impt is the gripping performance of the tyre. yr life depends on this factor.
