Zealot Neutral Newbie April 23, 2006 Share April 23, 2006 caltex no good for my car....on thurs, i pump caltex gold with techron, i have been running for these few days, i noticed that my car needs alot harder to rev...must really pedal damn hard...also realised that it became very diff to reach 100km/h...when it reach 100km/h, it will be more diff to reach 110km/h....sigh...no good think won't be trying caltex anymore...maybe my car (MAZDA 323) don't like caltex fuel...just wanna share with you guys my experience... happy trying guys...FYI guys, i was previously on Esso/Mobil 98 before trying caltex. strange, i'm also mazda 323, been pumping mobile 5000 or shell 95 mostly....recently my last 2 tanks were techron silver......power no diff , but the engine is a more quiet though... Dennisk Clutched April 23, 2006 Share April 23, 2006 now i am on 16" magline...doing about 530-550km until empty lighted up.....acceleration is weak with 205....
Zealot Neutral Newbie April 23, 2006 Share April 23, 2006 (edited) that's not bad...........sorry to say i doubt i can do your FC if i'm on 16"....... i have a certified HRF, hence enjoying more being on 15"........ if you feel acceleration is weak on 16", imagine my old 17"....lol Edited April 23, 2006 by Zealot

Jamesgetz 4th Gear April 23, 2006 Share April 23, 2006 You used FP60? I've evaluating it now. The shock dose seems to be working but I will have results only after 2mths of usage. yah... the first shock dose actually caused my ride to be a bit retarded and less responsive. but after that, i experimented with both the normal dose and half dose, and found that my ride feels more responsive with half dose understand you drive a Aveo HB? if your boot is not 100% insulated from the cabin (which is likely for most hatchbacks with 60/40 foldable seats), suggest you put the FP60 bottle in a ziplock bag to prevent FP60 vapours from enterring the cabin if you put FP60 inside your boot. the FP60 cap is quite sad and i would think some components in FP60 maybe volatile since FP60 would contain some form of organic compounds
Zealot Neutral Newbie April 23, 2006 Share April 23, 2006 (edited) FC har? not that i noticed yet....just pumped 1 full tank today, still need to monitor.....currently using Carlub 5w40.....god damn petrol getting more expensive...tmd...i miss the 25% before all this petrol price increase....sian 1/2 oh 1 other thing i noticed you mentioned magline....that's probably why you still getting that kind of FC that you having now...if other rims har , you probably below 500km also...
