Shell Helix Ultra??

Anyone uses shell helix ultra. was popping by to get a 4L when i noticed there were one bottle had a label 5w-40 in front. but at the back of the bottle, the label was 15w-50?? then another bottle had 5w-40 label both front and back? could this be a printing error??

i'm using one but so far have not encountered like you mentioned... 15w-50 can be found a lot in MY..

ok, thnx...just wanted to find out if they had some special edition or smthin. anyway, i got the 5w40 both front and back labeled. but something puzzles me is in our climate, 10w40 is perhaps more relevant? i heard 5w is good for cold starts

in our climate, i dont think it snows, so the w rating is actually quite irrelevant.

For our climate anything 10W will be good. But a 10W30 is the most robust. What car are you driving?

im on a 147 & the recomended grade is 40. 30 is prob too thin for the TS engine

Where u saw this bottles? Maybe SHELL also never QC their bottles

saw it shell paya lebar, not the one beside cisco, but nearer to macpherson junction with carwash.

Try a 15W40.
