Ah_bon Neutral Newbie March 13, 2006 Share March 13, 2006 You must make sure your car paint surface is clean. if there's still any dirt... the blade might swipe the dirt across the paint work ... paint scratched! but if your car is clean, then it'll sure make the drying job very fast
L9turbo Neutral Newbie March 13, 2006 Share March 13, 2006 The blade does not look like its touching the car body.
Silver_blade Turbocharged March 13, 2006 Share March 13, 2006 Yah lah...as long as the car is cleaned...it should be a problem. Anyway, that is what you are supposed to use it for...after your car wash.
Lwteyu Neutral Newbie March 13, 2006 Share March 13, 2006 Saw something very similar in Carrefour at Suntec, But skeptical to used it. 1) might cause scratch if surface isn't ""Clean"" 2) Cars are not really that flat everywhere, more useful for bonnet and car top? Anyway car body not as hard as the glass and got paint somemore. Don't want end up with a lot of swirls.
Silver_blade Turbocharged March 13, 2006 Share March 13, 2006 I don't know about other brand. But the autoglym has soft flexible blade...that can bend a little. You can use it on various part of the cars....but it's important to wipe the blade after every few go...to remove the water and dirt (if any). Lwteyu Neutral Newbie March 13, 2006 Share March 13, 2006 I don't know how "soft" is good. I have a feel of the one that is sold at Carrefour and in my own opinion still not "soft" enough to made me feel safe. Maybe autoglym one better? who knows ↡ Advertisement
