can any car workshop pull a line out from my audio so i can link it direct to my iPod?

if not, pls advise where i can go to.

also, any idea how much i will have to pay?

currently using the iTrip, but reception can be terrible!

believe that connecting the iPod directly will be much better...

did a search but did not come across anything like this.

I'm a newbie at this, so pls bear with me.. [wave]

i personally connect the RGA (audio pin to red/white cable) from my mp3 player to the AUX input of my sony F7710 head unit... did u check the manual of ur head unit to see if u have any auxillary input behind the head unit... u can go to the audio shop to borrow their HU key to pull out the head unit... then plug in the cable...

When i went to ask the audio shop plug in the cable for me.. they say sure cannot work want la... i proved them wrong when i plug in myself n powered on my mp3 player... I selected AUX mode in my sony F7710 player n my mp3 songs play great on my ride now... sly.gifsly.gifsly.gif

please check manual if got AUX input or not... if SONY Xplode version.. confirm got... haha....

this is free of charge 1... no addtional equipment jus a cable connection...

Hi There...

U can try buying an IPOD adapter for your HU... The last time i checked, Pioneer and Alpine have the IPOD adapter which you can buy if your HU can hook up to it... u will get crystal clear sound quality unlike the itrip which runs on radio frequency...

i bought my ipod adapter at abt $200 or less can't remember liao....

u can try audio shops such as Audioedge, pin liang.... i am sure they sell the ipod adapter... u just need to check if your HU can hook up with it...

hope that helps...

cheers [;)]

if you not running changer, you can get a aux in plug to plug into the 7750.

actually if got changer also can, only the adapter cost more.
