Martmode8850 Neutral Newbie February 21, 2003 Share February 21, 2003 (edited) it's ok in general. apart from an advanced booking of three days in advance. servicing is normally at least half a day. prices are at least 50% more than alternative workshops in Spore. normally does replacement of complete parts as they do not refurbish. but they wash the car after every servicing. the customer service rep (mine) is very good and responds to my every request. (price accuracy is questionable) nice reception area with coffee and cakes. (SM Motors seems better from pals of mine who own Volvos and Bimmers) warranty parts and labour for two years including battery. excellent paint jobs. (had my bumper resprayed last year and was very impressed) recommends only parts that need replacement and delays it if need be. i personally had a engine overheat problem last year. had my ride in for 6 days in two weeks. bang table, threaten to escalate to GM Michael Goode, talked about CASE, then give me courtesy car (Toyota Corolla 1.6) for three days without need to top up petrol upon return. [:)]just in case, I no PML or SD employee. relationship to them is purely customer basis Edited February 21, 2003 by Martmode8850 ↡ Advertisement
