accident or not, 155 days in 28 months in the workshop and the problems not rectified is reflecting a serious quality problem and procedures at PML. PERFORMANCE... But of course the name doesnt say high/average/low performance.

they need to do more then just wake up. let's see if BMW will still offer SimeDarby the dealership by end of this month.

shakehead.gif If it is a manufacturing defect, send it back to the factory and give the customer a new one lah. Dont push the blame to the customer. unimpressed.gif

On the other hand, the customer also has to present all the correct evidence leading up to the events for a proper and accurate judgement. nod.gif

Whatever it is, please dont try and cheat anyone, otherwise it'll come back to you. sly.gif

Neutral Newbie

Looks like warranty claims will be easier in the long run if Principal from Germany takes over. My warranty arguments with PML was also a classic example, car reg 2 days b4 Nov 1, they claim not the same as those reg after on or after Nov 1 so no 3 yr warranty! Had to write to BMW AG to rectify it... [shakehead][shakehead]
