In Sep, LTA probably will give more COE for replacement of deregister car of last year, ZhaoBao say today.

Sure up. Want to buy quick quick buy. cos COE go up, no incentive to scrap early, than less coe liao.

 

It is all demand and supply, Past 2 years, more ppl scrap, ==> more coe from lta due to high nos of scrap ==> lagi more scrap.

 

Now less COE ==> more ppl rush in ==> coe go up ==> no incentive to scrap ==> less coe due to less scrap ==> coe go up again.
