Pls help? about coe matter...

hi all member,

 

1)may i know if i can't get coe for the 6th time of the bidding...what should i do???

 

2)heard that people saying that during bidding time my se will call me to top up for coe is it true???

 

3)let say the last bidding still can't get...my se will call me top up for open coe is it?

 

4)if i don't want to top up how fast they will refund my deposit? b'cos i need to buy other model car......
