Engine oil for old alfa

hi bros...

 

just wanna know what engine oil to use for older alfa models...i'm driving an 8 yr old 146 boxer....should i stick to selenia (selenia 20k) or switch to other brand...interested in using mobil 10w50

 

how about royal purple or other niche brand?

10W40 is fine if it is very good quality. The manual recommends 10W50.

U can check out cxxxxxe 10W-40 @ Carrefour i personally find it very suitable on my dad old car abt 7 yrs. Cheap & Good Engine Oil.

I have switched to Selenia racing. My current 146 is going 6yrs. But I have used Selenia 20K and racing on all my previous 4 x 33 models.

From the header I thought you are talking about older Alfas... Come on, 146 (even the boxer) is not that old lah... 10W40 or 10W50 should be just fine...
