Looneytune Neutral Newbie February 15, 2006 Share February 15, 2006 tat's y i dun go to small wksps. they might jus short-change u. i usually go to cas. service is better & they always leave the replaced parts in a box to show they have changed. oso, all the mechanics there are jus employees, so no reasons to cheat on customer and save money for company. kenna found out, they'll be sacked too. somemore got complimentary car wash & vacuum inside. last time did my servicing in c&c. they dun do that, and servicing package also more ex. Sunray Neutral Newbie February 15, 2006 Share February 15, 2006 May be is the boss who ask them to cheat? If you don't cheat you will be fired. TCM gives complimentary car wash and vaccum. Somemore free servicing up to 50k km or 2.5 years.

Mikosan Neutral Newbie February 15, 2006 Author Share February 15, 2006 For ethical reasons, I don't want to name the workshop although I was unethically and dishonestly conned. But it's a small kiosk along Upp Thomson Rd, NOT the Shell one next to Long House Eating Place (which has no mechanic anyway). How many small petrol kiosks are there along this stretch of road? Yeobh 4th Gear February 15, 2006 Share February 15, 2006 CAS and most of the big players use sub-contractors, they are just service marketing companies that try to built on trust.

Looneytune Neutral Newbie February 16, 2006 Share February 16, 2006 Quote CAS and most of the big players use sub-contractors, they are just service marketing companies that try to built on trust. so far i'm most happy with cas sin ming. staff there are also friendly and always ready to answer any queries. waiting area is cosy and overall, pricing at cas is also very competitive. on ur birthday, they'll sms u and u can show sms to get 20% discount on aircon servicing. if bring a friend along, both can get 30% off servicing. i had to pay more than 70% more when i serviced my prev car at c&c.
