Hi All

My car roof and bonnet has badly etched water marks and tree saps. Some groomers I approached say it cannot be removed. Can the people at Klef remove water marks?

And whats the pricing at autoglym like?

"Had a package at Groomworks. 1st time very good. used Zaino. subsequent times wasn't as good. Last time was not good at all. There was a shine, but it wasn't deep. Don't think they continued with Zaino for my car......... didn't continue with another package. "

Hi Fluff,

Your comment above was exactly what I encountered at Groomworks, one at Siglap. First time was fantastic and they included some PDRs into the package (the leather smelled nice and the interior was very clean). Subsequently the quality drop, as the place was crowded and I doubt they have time to really do a thorough job. I could still see brake dust on the rims, and nothing was done to the leather, etc). Could be the timing...I usually go on Saturday.

Regards

TM

Have to agree with you guys. Just send my cars for the second round and noticed the quality was as so good as the first time. I attributed it to the amount of work they had - it was a saturday and the place was packed with cars outside waiting to come in. I think they overbooked!

Groomworks has improved! I took leave and went on Friday (tried to avoid Saturdays) and the car is clean and shiny. I can even smell the "indian barber cologne" smell on the interior [laugh] or whatever they use on the leather.

Ya, I also suspect that Saturday is not a good time. They were rushing too much. I arrange for a weekday polish the next time.

same leh. abit steep. but workmanship not bad. and their claim of anti-static is true.

however, their claim that it last 3 months is bull sxxt.

it only lasted 1 month.

After reading thru this thread, its like

KelfTech VS Blue Sparkle

Is still dunno wat to chooose?

But is it advisable for a new car to go grooming fr the start? Hrd fr many it s better to start fr new. unsure.gif

I used both before and personnally I would prefer Kelf Tech, as I find that they do a good job on both interior and exterior of the car. I find them very detail and careful in their job and using their equipments. They did a very good job for my ride. [thumbsup]

For me once I got the car, within a month I already had them down to do the grooming. Cos the product they use will leave a acrylic coat will provide a protection for your paint and it last longer then normal car wax.

Btw, I am not saying Blue Sparkle is not up to standard. But I just find they too focus on the exterior. To me the job they did for interior is "so-so". But for exterior, they will make your ride Sparkle!

So it really depend on what you really need lar.
