Thinking of installing a CD changer for my ride and wonder if anybody could recommend a shop that will not over charge and provide good workmanship. Thanks.

Sorry to borrow this thread as I don't have enough post to start a new thread.

Currently I've a stock 2 din set up with no MP3. I hope to change to a single din with MP3, thereby releasing extra storage space and to play MP3. But does the shop just change the HU and leaving the empty space as it is or will they give me a tray to fill up the empty space?

I will say buy a audio meter to fill up the din slot or get a vcd/dvd player then can put LCD sceen inside there. Hehe...

Just diy a piece of wood wrapped with leather matching your interior can already. My shop who installed my HU did that for me free of charge bcos my preamp at the din slot left half a din space and he filled it up for me free without even asking me. Thats why I like this shop. Little things like this they dont charge.
