Blueblack Neutral Newbie December 13, 2005 Share December 13, 2005 Not 100% true. There is also good Japan tyre. All good wet tyre will have big water dispersion groove compare to other. But on the part of optimising dry and wet performance together is mostly as this area is opposing each other... Example of good Jap tyre are G3 and SO3 - better in performance but noise wise is another matter. In our weather of one day rain and the next sunny... G3 may be a good choice if your car have excellant noise insulation.
Soya Supersonic December 13, 2005 Share December 13, 2005 dragon is onli a mid-range thai tyre. many jap tyres are a grade above that.

Jin1976 Neutral Newbie December 25, 2005 Share December 25, 2005 I switch back to Bridgestone G3 on my NSX. The Dragon has poor traction on wet road and if you have negative camber setup on your wheels you can't rotate inside out. Last as long as the G3 but cost a bit extra. I'll stick with the Bridgestone now. ↡ Advertisement
