1. Is this Sony HU compatible on spore cars? (This model seems to be NA in spore.)

Oh, one thing to remember, the wording may be in Japanese...

 

If you can read, then no problem.

 

Normally, Japan model are nicer and more feature than over sea model...

SOmetime can be cheaper if you get some not so new model (like last year model, which still can beat some of the model currently selling in Spore)
