hi to all the pros in I.C.E.... was wondering anyone using this model of HU? recently juz install 1... but found out that the radio reception is not too good... and have to turn up maybe half of the available volume then can produce some decent sound...have installed a set CDT front speaker and install an amp given to me by my frd... wondering is that normal? any advise or comment?

bro,set the hu internal EQ and crossover. will be better

thks for the reply bro... the internal EQ is set up by the ice installer.. so i never really touch it... but wats the cross over??? novice here!!! i ask around... they say something like adding few more earthwire for the radio reception ... as for sound quality.. my frd say juz change the amp ..

try getting the EQ tune .off cos install a amp will be better Sound quality.for radio reception check yr Antenna ground wire maybe some wire not connected.

ok ... will try to that later... maybe will hightlighted the reception of the radio to the ice installer...c wat they gonna do to it... b.t.w i already have a amp installed... maybe that amp is not powerful enough...

try go to yr hu EQ ,there is a custom input for u to tune the music suit yr need.

yo bro..... cool song now rite... got a good woofer and at least have the surrounding sound now man.. just explore your headunit often and do the custom setup by yourself man...I advise you to use vocal for sony headunit... sound is better at all time....
