Genie47 1st Gear December 2, 2005 Author Share December 2, 2005 Nevermind. Just use first loh. Then send for testing then everybody will know whether the oil sucks or not. The credit you get is that you got the oil and tested it on your car.
Glyuen 3rd Gear December 2, 2005 Share December 2, 2005 I almost wanted to go down and buy but when i was at Auto United, there is 4 bottles of M1 5w30 blue cap left for $10 each.. although quite old but so far this is one of the cheapest price for M1 w30 oils...so..i decided to change my mind.. :) but i kinda of like the Vantage Packaging.... Anyway, they are selling this "Made in Singapore" Oil called Motorox M1 5w40 rated SM at $33 for 4L...quite tempted but dunno how good is it also... i also saw this China Lubricating Oil w40 one cost only $10 for 4L...dun dare try tough...haha
Genie47 1st Gear December 2, 2005 Author Share December 2, 2005 (edited) OK I checked with the Babelfish translation. The Vantage 5W30 selling in Autobacs is the "Wide Formula". It is the mineral version. Explains why it is so cheap. For those interested and like to buy Autobacs stuff the actual page is this: http://www.autobacs.com/cgi-bin/inetcgi/sc...il_maker_ab.jsp Just Babelfish it yourself. Most importantly check the labels beside the oil. An explanation is below be it for Echo (economy) or town use or sport.
