AVEO5 Wiper & SA service is hopeless

Wow liao, AVEO5 Wiper judder & noisy since Day ONE May 2005.

1st Complaint May 2005 @ 1K ....SA listen & serviced but problem remained.

2nd Complaint Aug 2005 @ 5K ....SA listen & serviced but problem remained.

3rd Complaint Nov 2005 @ 10K....SA listen & serviced but problem remained.

SA really is hopeless & lousy service. Very poor quality Wiper & servicing.

Just keep polishing the Windscreen, bend the wiper, adjust & more bending,

more adjustment...

except finding the right quality wiper to replace!

SA just refused to improve on Customer service & improvement?

Wat i did was change to twister wiper blades and complain again.

 

My ride is still there and I will be there tonite (hope the rain dun stop) and try out the wiper again. If it is still the same, will demand them to re-do it again on the spot.

Maybe also show how to do engine bay wash.

i dun think it is the wiper fault.

 

the same problem happened to me for almost 2 mths !!! there is seem to be a thin film of "dunnoe wat it is called" on the screen which will go off with time.

Already 6 months old, travelled 16000km thru stormy rains etc.

SA tried 3 polishing & bending the Wiper many times.

Either SA not interested in after sale or SA hoping

for AVEO5 owner to give-up thru Out Of Pocket purchase of Twister

Wiper from AUTOBAC.

 

My previous Hyundai Matrix & KIA Sephia is a much better deal & ride!

 

Its Like That One! Service From SA.

How is your Wiper after the service?

The last thing you want to do is bend the wiper. The glass is the problem.

I think its the design of the motor angle and the wiper problem. Not to do with the rubber.

 

I lived with it for 1 year already. Heck...anyway not every day rain.

The rear has no juddering problem, its rubber also, not silicone. So dont spend money on Silicone wipers, still same problem one. The root is the design itself. Cheap car is like that one.

The responsibility to rectify the Wiper, motor, angle or

any others problems belong to SA.

We must not live with their Engineering problems!

Either SA cured the problems or

MCF will highlight & advertise their problems in this forum.

We may get CASE to help in this matter.

SA needs to do fairtrade in sillypore right?

It was the SA Tech Mr. D who handled my 5K & 10K.

The Wiper was bended excessively this 21 Nov 2005.

Noticed after driving out of SA.

lots of us here has the judder problem too incl me. no pt going back SA as u had alreadi exp. wat i did was puy mama lemon in the washer it solved my problem. much more prob I had is the cranking sound when I applied my brake when veh in 20-30km. went back 3 times still the same after repairs... the best way is to bear with it....
