I've also found OCW tends to streak a touch more easily when applied over carnauba compared to over a sealant or fresh surface.

Hi bro, I have seen some similar feedback over at Autopia, but I have tried OCW over Collinite Fleetwax, Pinnacle and Soft99 Authentic Gold with no streaking issue. I am wondering if the weather is too cold will it cause the streaking problem [confused] . Btw what carnauba product you use with OCW that caused the streaking ?

It was over #845IW, which had been treated with FK1 #425 a few days earlier. It was also a cool day ~18 degrees and probably quite humid.

It just seemed to stick the moment it touched the paint so I thought I hadn't shaked the bottle well enough but even after that the problem continued. So it's either not suitable to top a carnauba or there's some conflict with #425.

Hey bro thanks for the information [;)] . I would suggest when the weather is warmer (25 degree or higher) try using it over #845IW and FK1 #425 again, see whether any difference, will be interesting to know the result [nod] .

I've applied OCW over #21 with similar weather conditions and no streaking whatsoever.

I'll try it over some other carnaubas and #845 again without #425 and see how it does in those situations.

I have tried appling OCW over a few different sealant, including Glare, and I have no problem with all of them.

I agree, OCW goes well on top of Zaino, Glare... seems to be universally compatible. Good stuff.

I would suggest everybody to have at least three essential different types of cloth in maintaining a car,

1) a buffing MF cloth - use to remove compound, polish or wax residue

2) a detailing MF cloth - use with QD or spary wax and final buffing

3) a drying WW cloth - specially design for drying the car without introducing unnescessary scrathes to the car.

bro, are you the exclusive distributor for OCW in Singapore? Been looking for a gallon bottle and wondering if you have it in stock, and how much it would cost.

got poisoned by you ... LOL

seriously, looking to get a gallon cos I'll be topping off my family cars with carnauba (and probably mine, while I'm at it), and using OCW as a booster wax on a weekly basis.

Still miss the way carnauba beads. menzerna is quite close, but I'm psychotic about thing like this, so might just top off with wax just so I can sleep better at night [dizzy]

Hi Gen2. This OCW you're recomending, is it a stand alone product or you need to top it up with carnauba to get the best shine and protection?
