It is 1.4L with 140HP! I find it hard to believe. Apparently UK has it. Same engine block as th standard 1.4L DOHC Aveos we have here. What kind of magic did they do!

1.4 litres producing 140hp? either its forced induction.. or vtec technology.

No VTEC and not FI. Some people suspect the current 1.4L DOHC engine is very "detuned" because it is already producing 94HP at street stock config. A Subaru TS 1.6 already produces 98HP. This Kalos 1.4L engine looks like got a lot of untapped potential.
