Genie47 1st Gear November 11, 2005 Author Share November 11, 2005 OK I've read through and here are the rankings. Where the can I get Barum tires besides dealers in Malaysia? Looks like Vredestein is pretty good. Michelins seem to make their users paying for the name and not so much for performance. The wet performance of the Nokian is very expected. They make very good bad weather tires. One thing I can fault this test is that they chose 185/60-14 tires across the range weather they are high performance summer or your average touring tire. They should make things a little better by rounding up the high performance tires together in this test and the average performing touring tires in another test. Koolaba 1st Gear November 11, 2005 Share November 11, 2005 Hi bro, Is Vredestein available in Singapore? Wonder whether Tyre Hub brings in these tyres.
Genie47 1st Gear November 12, 2005 Author Share November 12, 2005 (edited) I dunno but I am very interested in getting the Barum Bravuris from Malaysia. Heard it only costs MYR150-160 for a 195/50-15. Elfenstar swears on Vredestein tires. Read up a bit on Barum. Actually it is merge of 3 rubber companies and one we will find familiar. Sturtles 6th Gear November 13, 2005 Share November 13, 2005 The reviews are wierd.. they don't seem to specify the tire models tested.. only brands... Or i've missed that out But hard to believe big names have poor flagship tires, unless they are comparing the lowest range continental against the highest range xxx brand
Genie47 1st Gear November 13, 2005 Author Share November 13, 2005 The models are there on the first page. How else do I know that the model for Barum tested is Bravuris?
