Borbet rims

i'm interested in getting a borbet rims, any bros out there has experience with this brand? from germany, so can't go too wrong right?

 

anyway, saw from their website that the local dealer is khai wah battery. is this true?

I've used Borbet rims before. Ther are very strong but also quite heavy, typical of German made rims. Yes, Khai Wah is the agent for Singapore. They have a good range at their shops in Race Course Road, Ubi and Tagore.

i'm interested in the Design FS 18", which is about 22pds based on tirerack's info.

 

i think it's lighter than my stock 17".
